Business and technical answers to what teams ask us most.
It starts with a conversation. We learn what you're trying to achieve, then share a short proposal with scope, approach and timeline. For anything ambitious, we'll usually build a prototype first so you can see and test the idea before committing to a full build.
Any software. We build custom web, mobile and desktop applications, products and automation across industries. Enterprise systems and ERP are a particular strength— our own platform, Omnixa One, is proof — but they're one capability of several, backed by a dedicated R&D practice for problems that don't yet have a solution.
Both. You can run it as a fully managed cloud SaaS, on a private cloud instance, or entirely on-premise inside your own data centre — whichever suits your data-residency, control and budget requirements.
Your data is always yours, and you can export it at any time. For custom builds, code ownership and licensing are agreed up front in the contract — we're flexible and transparent about it.
It depends on scope. A focused custom app or a working prototype can take a few weeks; a full ERP rollout is delivered in phases — core finance and people first, then operational and strategic modules as you grow — so you see value early rather than waiting for everything at once.
Yes. We expose and consume REST APIs and build connectors to the tools you already use — banking, e-commerce, attendance devices, third-party services and legacy databases — so new software fits into your environment rather than replacing everything at once.
We stay with you. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and enhancements are part of how we work, with SLA-backed support available. Because we build and own the stack in-house, fixes and new features come from the same team that built it.
